I'm in one of the older buildings on property. The apartment is fine and I appreciate getting the weather stripping for my apartment a few months ago. But the shared spaces could definitely use some TLC (stairwells and laundry center). It's hard to reach the leasing office on the phone or in person.

I am happy to renew my lease and continue living here. I would love to see more upgrades, especially with some of the amenities in the units, and a car wash station would be great too

The area is very quiet, not any loudness of cars or parties.
Been living here for going on 3 years.
Anytime I need something fixed, or even had a question staff is always willing to assit.

I've lived here since the summer of 2022 and love it. The community is quiet, clean and safe, and the office and maintenance staff are communicative and efficient. Having Lake Lynn right there to enjoy is by far the biggest plus.

I’ve been here since March of 2022 and it has steadily gone down hill. The stairways and landings are always filthy with ceiling falling down onto the stairs. Appliances need updated. You smell dog poop when you sit on your porch. My water and sewer bills have been $500 for the last nine months. Which is due to them fixing something that wasn’t broke. Now it is actually broke and nothing(still going through it with them threatening eviction as well due to their own negligence. If you want... to pay your bills and live your life in peace this is not the place unfortunately. This has been my experience
