Just don’t
My brother and I both rented units in this place, and we've had nothing but problems. My unit was full of spiders, and about half the lights needed to be replaced when I moved in. The bathroom cabinet was broken, and despite multiple emails and phone calls to the office, I’ve been completely ignored. It’s honestly ridiculous—there are supposedly four people working in the office, yet no one ever answers or responds.
My brother’s unit was infested with cockroaches. He lives with his wife, their... baby, and a dog, and management barely did anything to address the issue.
One of the main reasons I chose to live here was to be close to my brother and his family so I could help them with the newborn. That plan was ruined—he ended up moving 20 minutes away because, in his words, he was done with this place. That’s how bad it got.
The buildings are deteriorating, and they don’t even bother with basic upkeep. There was a huge spider nest right outside my apartment. I pointed it out during the walkthrough with the agent, and when I realized they weren’t going to do anything about it, I had to clean it myself.
On top of all that, I moved in about three weeks ago and still haven’t received the MagSafe lock needed to access the community gates. That’s a basic security and access issue, and it’s completely unacceptable.
To be completely honest, I regret signing a lease here and I want out of it. This is without a doubt the worst place I’ve ever lived, with the absolute worst customer service.
