I lived in this community for 6+ years. I recently had a job change and a small commute that I was tired of. Ann and Maggie in the office have been there from the beginning. Consistency is big for me. Maintenance never took more than a day. Once my ac went out they put a window unit in till it was fixed. This is a great community with hardworking staff and management. Safe and well maintenance for an older community. I appreciate the years I had here and would recommend to anyone I know.

maintenance services are horrible.
For the whole summer, I have a water dripping from upstairs apartment .they put a small IC unit in the window because the main IC unit is broken. I sent a ton of maintenance request and I called many time about this disgusting issue, but instead of fixing the issue I get a very rude response from Ann , she said that it is acceptable to have water on front of my door. I am very sure that she will never accept this situation on her door and never accept that… dirty droplet drip on her head every time she has to leave or enter her apartment, but for me everyday,I have to deal with billions of bacteria or viruses dripping in my head or my ayes .My comments are not personal, Maggie is amazing , I really won’t renew my lease for the next year for lack of maintenance support. I would recommend this complex but I would have maintenance close up every hole or crack to prevent the bug issue I did that in my apartment and I no longer have that issue the spaces between the wall and the carpet it helps
