Move in We had trouble with the payment portal. It won’t let us switch the account to debit. The apartment was not clean. The dishwasher had a straw and food collected in the basin. The first time we used it, soapy water leaked out on the kitchen floor. The clothes washer is nasty and has some gunk in it that stained our clothes. Very poor paint job throughout.

Feels like home

I am a new grad student at NC State, and the Glen is exactly what I needed! My 1-bedroom Oak floorplan came with great carpet, great appliances and a refreshing layout. I especially love the patio and laundry room. Neighbors are great. I have had no pest issues all summer because I keep my place clean. Price is comparable to other places around Raleigh, but for the amenities and location I am glad I chose the Glen. Front desk staff is professional and responsive, and email correspondence is... quick and clear.

I’ve tried…

I’ve tried so many times at various times of the day and could never reach anyone. Left many voicemails and could never get a call back. Would love to rent from this place but seems understaffed

Its a great... (Verified Renter)

Its a great place but I experienced rats, roaches and loys of water bugs. Im so happy they have updated the windows causethey was molded.

So far I've really enjoyed staying in the neigborhood. Even if you hear gunshots at night..I still feel pretty safe where I am.
