I’ve lived here for over four years and have generally had a positive experience—otherwise, I wouldn’t have stayed this long. However, over the past two years, things have declined. There’s been frequent turnover in property management—four managers, three within one year—which suggests some instability.
While the building is mostly well-maintained, repairs like the parking gate often take a while, and there haven’t been any upgrades to common areas such as the pool, lounge, or business center... (where even the printer doesn’t work and the coffee machine is frequently out-of-order). The last improvements were made under the first property manager between 2022 and 2023 - since then, nothing.
Rents continue to rise, but little seems reinvested into the community. Even the resident events, which added a great sense of connection, have stopped. I used to recommend this place to friends—unfortunately, I can’t say the same today.

I love it here! The staff is so friendly. The neighborhood is great...I am quite surprised at the low noise level with Midtown park. I've never experienced any issues and enjoy being a resident.

It’s a nice area. Location is good. I just wish they would tighten the security. There was the strange guy coming after my teenage daughter and asked if he could get lucky I was not comfortable with that. I guess that’s North Hills for you.
