Old property with the bare minimum done in maintenance over the years. Maintenance team tries their best but are hamstrung by management to fix in the cheapest possible way. Furnishing/fixtures seem to be from late 80s/ early 90’s except for the AC units which I believe are original 70’s models and are unable to cool the back bedroom sufficiently in the summer months. You can hear every step of you above neighbor and every car that passes by. Oh, and during the summer months there’s a biker bar... down the road for your listening enjoyment. Management recently changed and they’ve jacked the rent up 22% while nothing else has changed except for them finally pressure washing the road grime from the buildings.
