If you want a quiet apartment this is not it. There is no sound proofing between units. I have heard neighbors fighting as if they were in my living room, and when they are doing work on the apartment anywhere near you it will sound like the ceiling is going to fall in around you the entire time. Working from home while living here has been a nightmare. I cant think for the sound of banging and scraping above my head during the day. There is no insulation. The front door doesn't latch if you... don't have it locked. The windows don't stay on the track if they aren't latched. If someone is cooking or smoking anything you will smell it if it is within 2 units from you. The plumbing makes weird noises at all hours. If you turn on the faucet the wrong way it will yell at you and you will have no water pressure. oh and there might be a whole in the wall behind your cabinets and the new dishwasher looks like its from the 1980s. Finally, it will take you 2 months to get anything from them and they won't give you any of the information you need to sign the lease until the day of.
