Overcharges and refunds delay
The apartment was not bad and when we had issues they worked to resolve it, however, when my daughter decided to leave she noticed that she had been over charged and asked for a refund, at first they told her she was lucky that she was getting a refund, they said the refund could take up to a month after she moved out, they also deducted $6 (from every one of the four roommates) for ONE trash bag that was left behind. Last week was that month timeframe, their response is that the check was... mailed out and that they had heard from vendors that mail has been delayed (a whole month?), in any case, now they said that corporate wants us to wait another two weeks due to mail delays in order to cancel check if we have not received. Just be aware of extra charges since they are fast to take money if it is owed to them but not refund in timely manner.
