Don’t waste your time nor money. Place is infested with water bugs. Extremely overpriced. Property Manager tells you what you want to hear just to get you off the phone. You’re paying for pest control and the guy they send out is extremely lazy will not even treat the water bug situation anymore. I had to pay out of me own pocket TWICE for my own pest control services. Moved in with an extremely filthy patio, simple paint job would handle the problem, I have been told twice that someone would… come out to paint…nothing! This has been by far the worst apartment living experience. The walls are paper thin. You can hear EVERYTHING that is going on in the units above, below and next to you. And I mean EVERYTHING. The appliances are very outdated. While they do offer big bath tubs, there is not enough hot water to fill them which defeats the entire purpose of the large bath tub. Oh where do I start? The management is terrible. It went from bad to just unbearable. The current staff is just the worst and the ring leader doesn't know what she is doing. She is just after your money. She'll tell you what you want to hear and never follow through. Just a few examples. I had renters insurance the entire time I lived there. Then they wanted to charge people for their renters insurance if you did not have your own. My renters insurance didn't name another occupant so they… decided to charge me for their insurance even though I told the manager that my insurance company said all occupants were covered whether they were named or not. She said she would talk to her superior to see if they could remove the charge. Instead she cashed my check and never said anything about it. Then they moved a couple above us with two large dogs that were allowed to run and jump all over the apartment. The walls are thin. Everytime they ran around it sounded like a train. This was all hours of the night. We talked to the couple asked them if they could take it outside but they didn't. After several emails to management the manager finally came over and told us it was between us and the couple upstairs she wasn't going to do anything about it. We even tried to get out of our lease so we didn't have to deal with the noise any more. They wouldn't let us out of the lease but wouldn't do anything about the noise. Told us we could take the neighbors to court if we wanted. I'm pretty sure that is a management issue. So the time that I lived there wasn't pleasant. They don't enforce people picking up after their dogs so it always smells like dog poop. The valet trash they make you pay for is a joke. They take off holidays and whenever they just don't feel like coming to pick up. I even saw a single person driving around and filling up her SUV with the trash. It used to be a company that did it. The walkways always smell like garbage. The fire alarms are terrible. They'll go off for no reason and then they can't turn them off so you're sitting outside whenever they decide to go off and if you have pets they are scared to death. The walls are so thin you can hear your neighbors going to the bathroom. When I first moved there I drove from Texas. Went to the office and got my keys. Went to move in and the apartment was filthy. I have been living here for a few months, and I love it. The property is amazing, the location is amazing, and the office is always quick to fix any problem there might be. Emily is the one that got me all set up and I don't have the words for how helpful, nice, and understanding she was. Which is not to downplay the rest of the staff, maintenance and office staff are both full of great people.

Not to mention all the perks, like how your trash is taken for you 5 nights a week. Super… convenient! Read More
