Just moved to Raleigh over Labor Day weekend. I found Sailboat Bay on an apartment hunting trip a couple of weeks before the move and I knew Sailboat Bay was home when I found it. I love how it's tucked away and so peaceful. Love the lake and trail behind the complex. Emely was also very welcoming in the leasing office and I think that can make or break a decision like this because that person is your point of contact. Very happy so far!

If you are in the market for a new community and place to live, please come and join the Sailboat Bay family. The community and the staff is very nice and peaceful environment. Maintenance is like johnny on the spot. Packages, bike area, and more is excellent. They have their own Amazon hub center and bike area storage area. So many things I can say! Love the place.

I am a new resident at Sailboat Bay but I am loving my first few weeks here! The setting is beautiful, the complex is quiet, the neighbors are friendly but not too nosy and there is beautiful Lake Lynn just a two-minute walk from my apartment!
