I am a new resident at Sailboat Bay but I am loving my first few weeks here! The setting is beautiful, the complex is quiet, the neighbors are friendly but not too nosy and there is beautiful Lake Lynn just a two-minute walk from my apartment!

It’s a very quiet and peaceful neighborhood. The management is beyond professional and the maintenance staff is very fast and reliable. I’ve lived here for a month and I absolutely love it!

This neighborhood is nice and quiet, and very beautiful. It gives an old school vibe as far as the aesthetic and the community and I appreciate it. It's also very close to everything I need. The staff is and always has been great. Very responsive, very respectful and nice. And very helpful. Overall, a great experience!
