Solis Buffaloe

I was in town visiting and decided to look at some places to rent when I transition back to NC. I visited Solis Buffaloe and really enjoyed the tour with Emily. She was very kind and took care in explaining everything the community had to offer. These apartments are absolutely beautiful and the amenities outside are very inviting. I will definitely keep this place first to move to during my transition back to NC Special thank you to Ms. Emily!

I highly recommend Solis Buffaloe. Emily made the process extremely easy and stress-free. She gave us a tour of the community, and I was pleasantly surprised by how amazing the amenities are. The experience exceeded my expectations.

Honestamente mi experiencia no ha sido muy buena, ya que el apartamento no se me fue entregado en las mejores condiciones, número uno no estaba limpio, número dos, el apartamento me fue entregado con muchísimos detalles que son realmente visibles, lo notifiqué al día siguiente en la oficina, enviaron a los de mantenimiento, y en vez de solucionar los problemas de pintura que tiene el apartamento honestamente lo dejaron peor a como estaba, cuando la pintura se secó no quedó igual a la de la pared... , le dije y volvieron a pintar sobre esa pintura, se las manchas de pintura todavía, fui a la oficina nuevamente y me dijeron que ya no podían hacer más nada por mi, con respecto a cómo habían quedado las paredes, la señorita solo me dijo. Que era completamente normal que este tipo de cosas sucedieran en los apartamentos, en realidad no es normal. Pero esa fue respuesta. This community has been great so far. Everyone is nice and friendly. A lot of community events to attend. This community really cares about their residents.
