Leasing Manager
I have lived here now for approximately 6 months.
Its VERY convenient to so many shops, restaurants, the grocery stores, and the mall. The landscape is beautiful, the maintenance crew is A+. The dogs are pretty much well behaved, HOWEVER if you have a LOW TOLERANCE for noise and thin walls this is NOT the place for you. Also you get EVICTION notice on tje SECOND DAY of the month, almost harassment to me.
At FIRST everything was fine but as soon as you start to share your "concerns" things... changed rather suddenly.
Now to be perfectly honest...The walls are super thin and the bedrooms are basically on the FRONT porch therefore you can hear EVERYTHING OUTSIDE your door and windows. Never heard of bedeooms in tje front as soon as you walk in before but i was Desperate. Upon looking closely the paint jobs are horrible, and the ceilings are cracking.
The WORST part of it all I brought a CONCERN (complaint) to the leasing office manager (Kristin) about the everlasting banging the painters were doing in the next apartment (including Christmas and New Years day) and she got nasty with me. I also told her one of the painters tried to steal a package that was outside the door. She asked me if I wanted to "give notice"??? What? "Give notice"? I dont work here i Live here and PAY RENT and also have a right to ask about the noise.
So APPARENTLY you can break your lease if you have a noise complaint? "Interesting? I asked her again to make sure I heard correctly and she said "yes, with no penalties". There was witnesses in the building and on my phone that heard her. I won't be breaking my lease but i 100% wont be renewing it either..

We're concerned to receive this feedback, and we'd like to note that our management team has been in communication with you regarding these matters. We've sent a detailed email to you that outlines each of your concerns and offers insight, and we... care deeply that you feel heard and taken care of. Our renovation efforts occur during leasing office hours only, and we'd like to clarify that no work was done on Christmas Day. To offer insight regarding the misdelivered parcel you've mentioned here, it's important we note that the package was not addressed to you nor left on your doorstep. It was delivered to a vacant home, where one of our vendors was completing renovations. When our vendor came across the package, they left to bring it to the leasing office. The happiness and comfort of our valued residents will always be incredibly important to us, and we'd be more than happy to revisit these discussions regarding your lease agreement if needed. We're truly eager to assist here in any way that we can, and we're on a mission to turn your experience around.
