It has been great so far. The apartment and amenities are very nice and clean. The staff has been great and very helpful. Overall I am loving it here. Parking has been good, however, some people do have boats and traliers parked in the vistitor spots so that is a little annyoing when we have guest over.

Everyone was very welcoming and promptly assisting with every problem I had in the apartment! I love the surroundings of the complex, the pool, the gym the free spaces to study and have coffee or tea. The housekeeping people are the kindest.

I love this community. Our neighbors are great, the leasing office staff is great, and maintenance is incredible and incredibly fast. I really don’t have any complaints except that one of my neighbors gets pretty loud a couple times a week, but it’s an apartment so I expect that!! I’m very happy here.

Heat amenities and good place to live. I’ve been here for 2 years and I’ve never had an issue. I wouldn’t want to live anywhere else! 10/10 recommend living at the Dakota

Have been here for four years and mostly enjoyed my time. The maintenance staff is absolutely phenomenal. The amenities are decent. Parking and noise can be frustrating as well as the smell of marijuana
