I love living at the Dakota. Communal spaces are always clean, maintenance is quick and easy, and other residents are pretty quiet and easy-going. I'm in a one bed, one bath, and its the perfect amount of space for someone living alone. Highly recommend the Dakota for anyone looking to live in the area.

I love the quick response of the staff and how kind everyone is! I love the coffee guy and all the grab and go options when they are available!… I also am loving how active the instagram has been recently to get feedback. Please keep airy free creamer in the club house :)
