It’s fine. The pool is never open! Same thing happed last summer. People choose apartments thinking they will get the amenities offered but the Dakota is terrible at offering things they say they will. Other than that it’s fine but moving out because not worth the price.

A good place to live - maintained well and kept up to date. Wish we had a tennis/pickleball court but you can’t have it all. The pool, gym, and dog park are great.

Very disappointed in the management and policies. Not surprising from Greystar communities. I did not expect to pay a loyalty penalty for sticking with this community for so long

I am enjoying my stay here! The team is very responsive to my requests. The amenities and services are great! Notwithstanding, the location is ideal!
