I've been living in this community for two years now, and my family and I have truly felt very comfortable here. I appreciate the cleanliness and the beautiful common areas. It's a very quiet and respectful community, and the management team is always attentive and willing to help with any apartment issues. I'm truly delighted to be a resident of Dakota Apartments.

We've lived here almost a month now and it's been great so far. Our apartment is turning into a little home and we love the amenities! Jackie with the leasing office has been amazing in helping us throughout the move in process, we are so thankful for her!

The surroundings are pretty quiet and safe. The staff here are very welcoming and friendly. The maintenance crew is amazing and super fast with addressing tickets raised.

Don't be a loyal resident here, you end up paying a loyalty penalty where they keep increasing the rent on you and offer newer apartments of the same floor plan at a much less market rate.
