I was apprehensive moving in as I hadn’t experienced apartment living in a long time but this has been the BEST experience. Staff have been super attentive and responsive to all my needs. Highly recommend this as your next home!!

My recent relocation to The Franklin was one of the best leasing experiences I’ve had! The staff were super accommodating and things couldn’t have been better. The only thing that could make it perfect is if the facility had Google Fiber. AT&T was beyond useless!

I have been a resident for over 5 years. I am thoroughly impressed and satisfied with the quality of the maintenance and upkeep of my home. Even though I have seen roaches in the stairwell, once reported, pest control gets right on it.
