I truly love living here. The apartments are beautiful, the neighborhood is welcoming, and everything feels well cared for. One of my favorite things is the sense of community — the building hosts activities and events that make it easy for residents to meet, mingle, and actually feel connected. We moved here site unseen and it’s so perfect! We were new to the area so we didn’t really know what the neighborhood would be like. It’s close enough to downtown but still in a peaceful neighborhood. Walking distance to grocery, restaurants and parks. Truly feel we made the best choice to live at The Signal!

Do not Recommend

I would not recommend this complex if you’re looking for a true “luxury” living experience. The power has been out in main areas of the building—including the package lockers, lobby, mail room, and leasing office—for extended months, and there’s been little to no urgency to resolve it. The entire building constantly smells unpleasant, and cleanliness is a major issue.

Many residents do not pick up after their pets. Dog waste is regularly left on sidewalks, turf areas, and common spaces, which...
reek of urine. There’s clearly no enforcement or maintenance to keep things clean or sanitary.

Noise is another major problem—walls and ceilings are paper thin. You can hear everything from the units above and beside you, making it hard to get peace and quiet.

On top of all that, management is unresponsive. Emails go unanswered for days or are ignored completely, and they often avoid addressing ongoing issues altogether. They also stop replacing water filters after six months, claiming it’s “too expensive” and expect residents to cover the cost themselves.

This place has been nothing but a series of problems, and it falls far short of the “luxury” label. I would not recommend living here.

Thank you for your feedback. We can assure you, there has been extreme urgency to complete the repairs necessary to restore power to the affected areas. This has been a very difficult and time consuming process for those involved with repairs. There... was no quick solution. All of our hallways are professionally cleaned quarterly. Two of them were cleaned as recently as Friday. We have been sending out weekly updates concerning the repairs and other issues/announcements for the building. Please reach out to us if there is anything you would like to discuss. We are also available most anytime during office hours if you would like to discuss something in person. We are confident we will be back in the office very soon - maybe even later this week. Being back in the office will go a long way to alleviating any potential issues in the building. Thank you!
