Has not been a pleasure living here. Constant problems, power has been out for 3 months now in main areas of complex, this is supposed to be a “luxury” complex and it smells terrible all throughout the building, residents don’t clean up after pets, pet areas reek of urine at entrances, package locker doesn’t work, pet spa doesn’t work, pool hasn’t worked, still paying full rent when amenities don’t work. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

We appreciate your feedback, positive and negative. The power outage has been an enormous obstacle for our team, and we are doing are very best to navigate this. We have been given positive information from our owners about the repairs being... completed sooner rather than later. The pool was reopened two weeks ago. We have also been approved to repaint all of our hallways throughout the building. We just had the carpet on floors 2 and 4 professionally cleaned. Floors 1,3, and 5 will follow soon. Thank you for the feedback.

Broken fire alarms, parking deck gates, and elevators all within about two years of being open is honestly an embarrassment for how much is being charged for rent.

Thank you for your feedback. We completely understand your frustration. Please know that people are working around the clock to address these issues. Please know that some of the specialty equipment on our property such as elevators, garage gates etc... . - cannot be repaired by our maintenance team. We are reliant on specific vendors to get these issues resolved, and are often times completely at the mercy of their scheduling and timetable. We are constantly working with our vendors to figure out long-term fixes for any issues that arise. Don't hesitate to reach out to us directly with any concerns you have. We are happy to assist!

The Signal is a beautiful property with friendly residents and helpful staff. The building is accessible to lots of exciting new areas of downtown but is located far enough away to not be disturbed by late night noise.

Parking is convenient and secure and apartment layouts are thoughtful, beautiful, and functional. Appliances are high quality and the high ceilings and ample storage make this property stand out in downtown Raleigh.

The Signal amenities are pristinely maintained and common... areas are inviting and peaceful.
