The Wednesday we moved in we discovered that three electrical outlets were not working. We notified Scyler on Thursday, and she immediately contacted Seth in Maintenance. Seth met me in my apartment within a few minutes and tried to fix the problem, but was unsuccessful. He contacted an electrical team who came the next day (Friday), and early the following week, after a fairly major effort, repaired the electric circuit. I don’t recall ever having a more positive experience resolving a... maintenance issue. Hats off to Seth and his team!
