Replaced light switch in Master bedroom A to whomever serviced my ticket request to replace a faulty light switch. It works great and they even brought in an expensive Amazon delivery from outside my front door which I greatly appreciate.

My wife and I were looking to relocate from Michigan to North Carolina. While searching for a new apartment home, we came across Falls Creek Apartments. From the moment we drove into the parking lot and walked into the office, we felt like we were checking into a resort. Jason immediately made us feel welcome and answered all our questions about moving to Sanford. As we finalized our plans for our move, Jason and Ms. Sherry were always willing to answer questions and guide us through the move-in... process. We love our apartment, the grounds, and the surrounding neighborhood. Any maintenance requests have been handled promptly and professionally. We hope to make this our home for many years.

Falls Creek is such an amazing complex to live in. I lived here for 2 years while I was in college and it was definitely like a second home to me. The ladies at the office are spectacular and are always willing to help with anything you need. I could not have asked for a better experience while living in Sanford. The complex was always kept in perfect condition and I never had any complaints. Love this place!
