Lease renewal The office people are great to work with and talk to. The lease renewal all went great especially being able to do it online and docu sign. I am an out of state renter and was able to do it on my phone from my phone at my home in minnesota. Love it here.

Fire Alarm battery My problem was a battery that went bad on a fire alarm. The fire alarm started chirping at 10 minutes till five in the morning. I did not receive a new battery until 11 o’clock that morning. Which was OK for the exception of my dogs who didn’t like this noise. Batteries need to be changed out at least once a year by maintenance employees. Thank you.

Parking My only issue with the complex is parking. Not enough spots. Especially in summer when pool is open. Building 100 spots always taken by visitors at the pool and pool too small for 13 buildings
