AMAZING From the moment I walked in, I felt welcome. I knew what I needed to do the information about the apartments, and the living area were direct. There was no hidden information or felt like there was where I have been taken advantage of before with other situations….Love the attention to detail that Pam gave and hopefully will be moving in soon

Transfer of lease Ashten and Pam from the SHELBY location made the process of transferring my lease a seamless and stress free process. They were kind, thorough, patient and quick. The reason I felt so confident moving back here was due to the pleasant
living experience I had here previously. The customer service at the SHELBY location is 10/10, it felt like they genuinely cared about my specific situation. I truly appreciate everything more than they know. I look forward to being back home.

Lease renewal The office people are great to work with and talk to. The lease renewal all went great especially being able to do it online and docu sign. I am an out of state renter and was able to do it on my phone from my phone at my home in minnesota. Love it here.
