Thank you Nikki Nikki offered to stay late to accommodate my work schedule. She’s a gem! I’d like to see more of a detailed checklist of info new residents may need. For example, wi-fi password, dumpster rules, a walk-through form for apartment inspections., how valet trash works, etc.

Thanks for fixing my stuck doorknob!! I’m sure it wasn’t a hard fix, but I appreciate you guys for fixing it!! No more visitors will get themselves “locked in” the bathroom!! Thanks again!

Poor Communication Poor communication from the office of how things are set up and last minute charges. We pay for amenities that don’t work and no help or insight is given to fix them.

Quick Fixes We have lived in the complex for almost 5 years, Our maintenance guys are awesome and always help us out quickly. No matter how big or small the problem is they are always happy to help. Grateful to know they are always there to help.
