Nancy at Amavi is AWESOME!!!
Nancy has been absolutely AMAZING helping my sister and I get our dad all set up with the nicest (what I call cottage)!!! The cottage is beautifully arranged and the amenities are wonderful and true to the pictures online!!
I have lived in this area for 17 years and watched the community bloom and I can tell you first hand Amavi is wonderful, the grounds are impeccable and I would not have my dad live in just anyplace!! People are nice and a real sense of community!!

Amazing Homes!
I cannot say enough good things about Amavi of Sherrills Ford. Nancy and Lyndzi are absolutely amazing; they truly went above and beyond for us. The cottages are a dream – every little detail is meticulously thought out and the design is just impeccable. If you're looking for a place that offers comfort, beauty, and exceptional service, I would wholeheartedly recommend Amavi to anyone scouting out the area!

Beautiful Homes Friendly Staff

Highly recommend this property
It’s month two for us here at Amavi and I can’t say enough great things. From welcoming our family and always being so friendly each day we see them, to their quick response to any small issues; I can not be more thankful to be at this property. With over 100 homes - the area is kept clean, trash areas maintained, animal areas kept clean, and preventive maintenance quarterly maintence was efficient and detailed! Thank you, Jamie, Keith, Lyndzi, and Nancy!!
