Poor Management= Poor Apartment Experience

I have firsthand experience with this property, having lived there for approximately 42 months. In fact, I was only the eighth tenant in the community, so I have watched the property and its management evolve from very early on. Unfortunately, in my experience, those changes have not been for the better.

The current management team appears increasingly disconnected from the realities of being a resident. Communication, consistency, professionalism, and accountability have all become significant… concerns. I also had experiences with business practices that I found questionable and unnecessarily difficult.

Most concerning has been the lack of strong, professional leadership on-site. In my personal experience, the General Manager's conduct was unprofessional and did not reflect the level of judgment, leadership, or customer service I would expect from someone responsible for managing a residential community.

After more than three years as a resident, I left with a very different impression of the property than the one I had when I moved in.

If you are considering making this your home, I would strongly encourage you to look carefully at your other options before signing a lease here.

Management Team is Amazing

This property is a hidden gem. Tucked away from the noise of major roads but still super accessible — two supermarkets and a grocery store within five minutes, plus a gas station right on the corner. The amenities are great, but honestly what makes this place really special is the people running it. Matt, Kimani, Mary, Jennifer, Rob, Arturo, in the leasing and maintenance office are genuinely attentive, responsive, and just good humans to deal with. Good management can make or break a renting… experience, and this team absolutely makes it. Couldn't recommend enough.
