Thank you for handling this. You assisted me on several occasions regarding unusual noises coming from my ceiling fan. As I am sensitive to sound, even the slightest noise tends to bother me. You installed a ceiling fan in my bedroom, and you were kind enough to inspect it multiple times to address the noise issues. I am truly grateful for your assistance.

Tight Window wouldn't open Cam was wonderful, as usual. Response was quick. He fixed the problem of the window not opening.
Unfortunately, many of the windows in this unit are terribly difficult to open, including the one he fixed.
