Affinity at Wendell is an amazing community. It truly feels like home for me and my children. The office staff are amazing, maintenance is amazing, the pool is amazing, the townhomes are amazing....I couldn't have asked for a better experience. We are truly happy we chose to live at Affinity at Wendell!

I’ve really enjoyed my experience at Affinity at Wendell! The community is well-maintained, peaceful, and welcoming. The staff is friendly and always willing to help, and the amenities truly make it feel like home. From the modern layouts to the convenient location, everything has made living here a great choice.
