Great office and maintenance people The folks who work in the office and maintenance are all super friendly. Can't say enough positive things about the people. The grounds, however, are a different story. There is trash along the back of the property, where I frequently walk my dogs. There are huge holes dug by someone's dog around my building which can be really dangerous to try to navigate in the dark. There is a lot of dog poop around, enough that I've stepped in it twice today. There are... cigarette butts that our building received a notification about, asking people to stop throwing them outside (they haven't and it's the same neighbor doing it), but what's worse is that the initial butts that were there were never picked up.
