microwave issue While my issue was fixed, it’s still not perfect. There could have been better communication about the process or status of my repair. Apparently, they had ordered a part in order to fix it, but the communication I had received indicated that they had closed my request. The maintenance team was professional, friendly, and helpful, though!

Love my Apartment Community Nothing bad to say about this community. The management is engaged, helpful and very responsive when Tennets need them. They aren’t overbearing as management of some communities tend to be. I feel Avalon is a hidden gem in ILM much like the Avalon of myth those of us who find it are lucky.

No bad thing only suggestion The alarm system is pretty outdated and almost impossible to use and I noticed a few carpet bug but the could just be from the apartment being vacant for a while
