Move-in The move in was really smooth. Liliana clear outlined the rules and regulations in clear and timely manner. Upon arrival the dishwasher didn’t work but that’s no big deal.

Overall no complaints The only thing I would change is if Avalon could provide a top three dates and times for entry to the apartment to better prepare dogs and job for the entry. My dog is super anxious and will scream if he is put in a kennel and could harm himself. And if the residents could clean up after their dog, but that’s not administrations fault that other people suck. Other than that I love It here.
