If I can give the apartment no stars I would. Patrick is a very nice person but they are not as professional as I would have liked. I was not sent the terms of my lease prior to being charged a holding fee. I had to find out I was charged via my bank statement balance. I did not receive an email or a receipt. Next think I know received an email stating that my security deposit amount has increased significantly. I called the leasing office to ask for my money back because I did not approve... the charges based on the lease terms and Patrick was very unpleasant this time. Advice to ALL future residents! Great place to live! The staff is very helpful and the property is really cute! Nice pool!

First off, let me just say that this area is really nice. I like that it had a lot of options to choose from with different price points. It made it easier to get an affordable place in a nice area. The people I worked with have been very nice and treated me kindly. Love living here so far!
