Cape Harbor

I recently moved into this apartment complex, and I couldn’t be happier with the decision. From day one, the community has felt welcoming, clean, and well cared for. The apartment itself is spacious, modern, and thoughtfully designed, with plenty of natural light and high-quality finishes that make it feel like home. Maintenance has been incredibly responsive and professional, addressing any questions or small issues quickly and efficiently.

One of my favorite aspects is the overall atmosphere... of the complex—it’s quiet, safe, and friendly, while still feeling lively and connected. The amenities are well maintained and genuinely useful, making everyday life more convenient and enjoyable. The location is another huge plus, with easy access to shopping, dining, and major roads without feeling crowded or noisy.

Well, my family been out here for many here's now, and I can honestly say we love it and I do tell people I know how great the complex is, the noise in the units and on the street is quiet, also when we need help with anything in the apartments they will come out to assist the problem, and the staff in the office are very pleasant whenever I or my daughter come in to ask questions..we just signed other years lease so that enough to say that we love it out here

A Really Good place to live. Everyone on the staff is always very helpful, friendly and courteous. The maintenance staff is always helpful when needed.
