Been here 8 years ( half the apartments were built)had no problems with my apartment except petty type maintenance. I'm satisfied I tell people I know move in. Won't have any complaints. It's quite here.

Element Barclay has exceeded my expectations! If you’re looking for elevated apartment living that is reasonably priced, this is your spot. The leasing staff went above and beyond to ensure it was a smooth move-in process. The entire community is well cared for and gorgeous. The amenities are phenomenal and everyone seems happy to be here. Overall, one of the best options for this area of Wilmington!

I contacted Element Barclay the beginning of August about moving in August 15th and they were so understanding, helpful, and their employees communication was unmatched. I’ve never rented from a property that was so organized. The appliances are top notch, many great options for different floor plans, and the landscaping is absolutely gorgeous. Dog friendly community as well!
