Great place!

The staff is so helpful and friendly. The neighborhood is lovely. I've lived at Forest Hills for 3 years so far and I have had a wonderful experience. Great for dog owners too.

Great

We moved in a few months ago. We love it here. It’s spacious and the kids love it. Tiffany was great with getting us moved in and settled and she handled my 1000 questions like it was nothing

Nice Property

The property seems nice, clean, quiet and a great place to live. Malorie was extremely helpfully with all the questions we had about the community as well as Wilmington in general. Looking forward to making this our home.

New Apartment

Moved into my new apartment, along with the apartment being absolutely beautiful, the staff is amazing! Kind and polite, unfortunately as one hopes not to when moving six hours away, I managed to leave behind one of the papers required to move into my new apartment. The staff was beyond kind and understanding, giving me a grace period and let me move in rather than send me to drive six hours back home. All in all, 100/10!

Great Apartment

The apartments are really nice and seems to be a great area…The agent (Malorie) did a great job showing us the different layouts and seemed to be quite knowledgeable about the area. Definitely on the short list!!! Thanks Malorie for all the help!
