Friendly and respectful

Neighbors mind their own business in a good way and it gets real quiet at nights. U just hear the owls in the woods. It feels very secluded like you are out of the city but still in a good location where it’s convenient to travel. Airport isn’t far. Food is close. Costs are affordable. People at the office are the real mvps and communication isn’t an issue to solve any problems. Routine pest control, safe parking, fast internet package with spectrum. Plenty of privacy. Everything feels like a... home and not a shack in the wall.

Maintenance

Needed some help On the first day… On a Saturday… Called maintenance and they were here in 15 minutes. JAMES is awesome!

Great place to live !

Absolutely a great place to live. The entire staff are kind, friendly, helpful and communicative. The property is attractive and well kept. They are continually upgrading within any areas that need improvement. The properties amenities are well maintained and welcoming.

Marquese Watkins

This place is one of the best places to live at. The ground keeper Marquese is one of the best workers out there. He is a great greeter in the mornings & has helped me out in so many different ways from moving a birds nest to help assisting me with some dog poop. Thank you Marquese!
