Loud and Overpriced

No insulation in windows, lack of amenities, walls are super thin and you can hear everything that goes on in the complex. Greedy owners, and constant safety issues with water damage, alarms, and front doors all having issues or need to be replaced frequently.

While there are things we can't change about our building, including the location and size of space available for amenities, we pride ourselves on great customer service. We're... always happy to take a look at any issues you have in your apartment including those involving insulation in the walls or windows. Great place to call home

Beautiful, modern apartment - lots of storage space. Great location in the heart of downtown. The staff here is fantastic, always responsive. I've been here for 4 years now, and I'm planning on many more years with 50 West Fourth!

We love living here!

Our apartment is beautiful, spacious, and modern with huge windows. I love the character of the building and the location can't be beat - right downtown and walkable to restaurants, shopping, and breweries. The office and maintenance team have been amazing. I work in the apartment industry and have high standards and have not been disappointed at all. Thanks for the hard work, 50 West Fourth team!
