Originally built in 1920 by the P. H. Hanes Company for textile manufacturing, we converted these majestic industrial buildings into 171 one-, two- and three-bedroom apartment homes. Great response to maintenance requests I just want to say that I always have my maintenance requests checked on within a day or two, depending on what time I make the request.
Also, we just got a cool new coffee machine. The old one had been acting funny the past few days, but I had not yet had a chance to make a request.

One word: noisy
These apartments are loud. The train is loud, the other tenants are loud, and there is NO insulation between floors. You can hear everything in the neighboring units. I’m not exaggerating when I say you can hear a pin drop from above or beside you. Living here has been awful.

Near-instant maintenance!
Anytime I have had ANY maintenance issues, the guys are here that day to fix it. I feel like royalty! Daniel is always cheerful and professional, and he can fix anything that needs it like a boss. That level of service makes living here—which is already a delight—that much nicer!
