There has been numerous complaints about mold that started June 2024 since then it has gotten progressively worse. I mentioned it and all the maintenance crew are told to do is come out and do moisture reading. There has been mold in my bathtub, the closet and on clothes in the closet, under my kitchen sink to point you can smell it coming up the pipes. There is mold on the windows seals. There is so much moisture in my apartment that the carpet was damp. The maintenance crew brought in a... dehumidifier and it has to be emptied twice a day. The carpet still
has moisture to this day. The gutters were so full that there was things growing out of them.The building by the office the gutters were clean, just the buildings across the street not facing the road had a forest coming out of them. The mold issue has gotten worse and has affected my health and the office manager acts like she could care less. I wouldn't recommend a homeless person living here.
