The office team are great at what they do and helpful when changing occurs and any updates. Maintenance are good in a timely manner when a issue repair is needed just minding my business.And been quiet here.

I'm in the process of trying to care of rent that is due, and setting up my utilities with a third party, and I literally CANNOT get ahold of anyone at the office. On a typical day, it takes me usually 5 calls to finally get someone on the phone, and then when I finally do, I either get a lady who sounds like she has no idea what's going on, or another lady who is disrespectful and condescending. Good luck if you need to reach out to them for help because you'll be frustrated when they don't... pick up the phone or reply to your messages.

0/10 would never recommend. Still hearing scratching clawing and scurrying noises daily coming from the ceiling in all rooms of the unit. Showed a video of the sounds to the Pest control man today he says it could be squirrels in the space between my ceiling and upstairs floor but that they don't address those kind of pest and only address in unit issues. This is impacting my ability to sleep in my unit, have guests, and more. There was a maintenence man who said he would look into it but i... haven't heard anything since then. The pest control man said he would be notifying the property manager. Ive made FOUR pest control request and they keep getting removed from my maintenence list even though the issue had not been addressed.

So far I love it here so much . The apartment is amazing and spacious I really love the bathroom has two doors you can enter from and the patio is my favorite
