Legacy at Ardmore

I lived here for 2 years. The community is located in a great location with nearby shops, grocery stores, and the hospital. But living in the apartments themselves is the opposite experience. There is no soundproofing so you will hear everything if someone lives above you. This made it hard to sleep at night. My fridge was broken and it took them 4 months to fix this. I had to contact the parent company since the front office staff never returned my emails. The windows are not installed properly... so it will be very drafty during the winter. My wife and I absolutely loved living here. The maintenance staff here is top notch. Any time we had a problem they always did their best to take care of it promptly. The office staff is solid as well and they really make you feel like family. We hated to move out but we recently bought a house.

This community is stunning! From the modern finishes, spacious units, to the amenities that are so functional. The community is always clean, and the staff is so helpful!

I cannot stress enough that you get very detailed information during your tour/first conversations regarding leasing an apartment at Legacy. Please read your lease agreement carefully because mine contained many discrepancies from what they initially told me. They confirmed 1-month free rent and then later pretended they had never said that even though I had an email stating this.
