    CAUTION

    Apartment was decent.. However lived here for a year and within 3-4 months there were multiple leaks coming from the ceiling and in the middle closet!
    Made multiple maintence requests for it to be fixed and it took MONTHS for the bathroom ceiling leak to be fixed which was very annoying. Imaging using the bathroom just for dirty liquid above you to constantly drip all over your head and back.

    And the closet leak was never fixed/repaired.
    This long with the fact the price is going up every    … single year to re-lease is why I will not be living here anymore.
