Quiet, Clean, Spacious

South Haven Apartments has truly exceeded my expectations! The community is quiet, clean, and beautifully maintained. The office staff is incredibly helpful and friendly — they genuinely care and make you feel welcome from day one. Maintenance is prompt and professional anytime something comes up. I love how spacious the apartments are, especially the storage space and modern finishes. It’s in a great location too — close to everything but still peaceful. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a… comfortable and well-managed place to live in Winterville!

Great Location!

The community itself is well-maintained, with beautifully landscaped grounds that create a welcoming atmosphere. The apartments are spacious and modern, featuring updated appliances and plenty of natural light. I was particularly impressed with the layout, which maximizes space while still providing cozy feeling.

Loving new apartment life

South Haven is a great neighborhood to reside in, it is a safe, quiet place to live. I recently moved and I love my new apartment, it's a very spacious, one bedroom with all the amenities that I need, not to mention there is a great walk in closet. Everyone who has come to visit loves it as well. I would recommend South Haven to anyone!
