Overpriced “luxury” apartments

Haven’t had a great experience at all since we moved here about a year and a half ago. They misplaced our security deposit check before we even moved in, had to go and look through checks with the front office staff myself to find it. HVAC has had problems, three separate maintenance requests have been put in, techs claim refrigerant is leaking but have yet to properly diagnose, so every three months we lose A/C or heat. Spotty paint in the guest bedroom to cover up damage, rust on appliances… and bathroom lighting, hard water that leaves pink stains in shower and sinks, thin walls so you can hear everything your neighbors are doing or people talking in the breezeways…this place is not luxury. This place is average at best, and marketed as luxury apartments. Needless to say we won’t be renewing our lease next time around. Don’t be fooled by cheap thrills and mediocre service, I would never recommend this place to anyone

Best Place in Winterville/Greenville

I made the decision to move to NC during the pandemic, and after some extensive research, chose Legacy as my new home - sight unseen. It was a huge leap of faith and I was NOT disappointed. My apartment was amazing, the staff was the absolute best. Maintenance showed up immediately when there were any issues. I have no complaints, whatsoever. Leaving this place was the hardest part about leaving Greenville. So glad to have called Legacy home for 3 years, and anyone would be lucky to do the same!… Shout out to Sierra, Crystal and Ralynn...yall are the best around!!!

Fantastic place to live

Amazing staff, grounds and amenities. Love living here! I have been here a little over 6 months and have no complaints. The grounds are beautiful and well kept. It is very quiet and peaceful. I recommend anyone who is looking for a new luxurious apartment

Welcome to your Luxury Apartment

The only luxury you will find is the front sign and monthly rent. The landscape consists of loud frogs, weeds, mushrooms, flooding water, and dog poop. Low-quality interior: you can hear the guy peeing on the second floor. The cats sound like a herd of cows. Trash bins overflow daily. Moving trucks is a weekly event. Pool & grills not maintained. The bathroom overfill drain is caked with mold resulting in UTI. Units on the first floor tend to flood into apt. Some buildings are not… well-vented, resulting in black mold. Management is run by young adults, with no common sense and should not be trusted. The pool had multiple worms. Fire extinguishers are not checked. You pay the rent to use the amenities; however, the general public uses the property They don't patrol outsiders. The entire city of Greenville routinely visits the pool smoking pot and drinking alcohol. Move on you can find better. The one nice thing is they did offer pizza by the pool, hamburger grill night, or ice cream social, etc. Maintenance was responsive. However, the rest of the stay was just horrible!
