Lease terms:
An application is required for each occupant over age 18. Adult occupancy is limited to two per residence. Credit rating above 700 preferred as well as prior rental and employment references. Tenants are responsible for utilities: MDU gas and electric, City water, sewer, and trash services, WiFi and cable services. Up to 2 domestic pets will be considered and require a non-refundable $170 deposit each and additional $35/month rent per pet. (Violation of the lease's pet policies will result in prompt termination of lease and forfeiture of deposit.) Lawn care and snow removal is provided at no additional fee to tenants. Management will replace furnace filters and fire alarm batteries routinely. No smoking of any kind is allowed inside the residences or garages.
