Friendly place to be at Gardner Appointments! I am very happy to be part of this community. Very safe and well maintained! Community Manager Alysa R. helped me to get my application submitted smoothly. I was communicated with her from out of country. She is awesome and extremely knowledgeable and very supportive! Thanks to her

It's not perfect but it does have a lot of perks .. It's clean inside my apartment, quiet except for the occasional siren, no bugs or rodents . Bus transportation is accessible and easy to get to

A Historical Gem! I appreciate the rich history and iconic charm you can only get from a place like the Gardener! I needed a place very quick and reasonable. Alysa is super nice. I’m safe, great location!! Its well maintained and very sturdy. Tons of charm and nostalgia ! I love my lil home away from home!.
