Horrible place
Place is filthy. They never clean the hallways and especially the main entry way. Packages get stolen all the time. They never fix things. They raise the rent every year. They are more worried about getting their rent check than they are about the tenants. The show you how much the rent is per month, but they don't tell you have to pay the $40 tech fee regardless of who you get as an internet provider. Then they tack on the $40 for the washer/dryer plus there is the conserve fee for water... , garbage, etc., which is based on how many people are in the unit. So if you are gone for a month, and not using any water, garbage, etc., you're paying for it. Their advertised price is misleading. Parking is bad.

Property Manager at Northtown Crossing responded to this review
Hello,
Thank you for taking the time to share this. What you’re describing around cleanliness, unresolved maintenance, and package concerns is not the experience we want for our residents. We take feedback like this seriously and will be reviewing... conditions at the property, especially the common areas you mentioned. Ongoing service issues should be addressed promptly, and we want to make sure that’s happening consistently. We also understand the frustration around how monthly costs add up. All recurring fees are outlined on the front page of the lease, along with a separate utility services addendum that explains how those charges are calculated, but we recognize that it can still feel different in practice than expected. If you’re open to it, we’d like to look into your specific concerns further and help where we can. Please reach out to us at rent@enclavecompanies.com so we can follow up directly.
