Easy Process I was moving my business to Fargo ND and the Gardener Staff have been very gracious and made the move in process seamless. Would recommend for business owners looking for small office space in the area.

FYI I believe the maintenance guy fixed the problem, but I found my appliances UNPLUGGED via microwave and coffee grinder. You would think he would plug them back up? I also had to clean out the sink because some kind of dirt/debris left. he did not have a good attitude the first time he came on 05/04 via not very nice. It may be possible it bothered him I made another maintenance request the 2nd time for the same problem that did not get fixed the first time. I don't feel comfortable making… any further request considering this guys demeanor and attitude and he is the one to fix request. Considering I just moved in 6 days ago and I have done nothing for this negative attitude, makes me think this may be race related. I am an elderly black man almost 75 years old and well spoken

It's not perfect but it does have a lot of perks .. It's clean inside my apartment, quiet except for the occasional siren, no bugs or rodents . Bus transportation is accessible and easy to get to
