Fantastic Place to Live
I've rented from this property owner on multiple ocassions while under local interships or seasonal employment. Rent varied based upon unit size but was always resonable. The property owner and maintenance staff were always friendly and helpful. Since internet is extremely expensive in this region, it is a plus that this complex has a public lobby area with WiFi. Additionally, there is ample room to set up a laptop in the lobby and work as needed. There is also a nice T.V. set up with couches... and chairs in the lobby. Adjacent to the T.V. area is a pool table. I would highly recommend this place to others. I've stayed in a few other areas around Lake Sakakawea and this place is by far my favorite. A great little town!
