The location is great for quick access to Minot Air Force Base . The exterior is maintained very well but underground parking garage and hallways are poorly kept up . Fitness center and pool are good . They use a computer algorithm to determine rents so when your lease is up your rent can go up considerably. It states when your lease is up that it automatically goes month to month at possibly a bit higher cost . Well that cost is 300-400 per month more just to be aware . That seems very... excessive to me but it is what it is . The property manager is not interested in any manual adjustment to rents account it is a very sophisticated model and she only is good at emails and excuses . Definitely the best place to stay in Minot for a single military member. I lived here for about 18 months and had no complaints about it. The underground garage is a godsend in the winter, and the views from the balconies aren't bad in the summer. I never needed to interact with the staff much, which is a good thing because it means nothing really went wrong while I lived there, but the few times I did they were friendly and helpful. It is only a short distance from base which I like as well as downtown. It has a gym, pool, and office area for all residents to use. The hallways are wide, the staff is always friendly and anytime I have a maintenance issue it is handled promptly within 24 hours.

Great place to live indoor trash, big master bath, and dog park a short walk away! However, they have outrageous move out fees! They charged us for carpet replacement for carpets that smelled awful on move in day! Advice from me, best to look somewhere else to rent from or just buy a house.
