Maintenance request put in over a month ago still no corrective actions taken.

The maintenance request put in on July 23rd is still open and no actions have been taken to correct the issues. The window in the second bedroom that was suppose to be fixed prior to move in is still broken on the inside, in result we can’t let our daughter use her room in fear she will cut her fingers on the glass where there’s a hole through the window. A message to the property manager along with a photo was sent seven days ago in regards to mold being present inside the air conditioner on… the styrofoam body has yet to be responded to. Dealing with property management here has been the worst of all places I’ve rented from in the past.

Communication and response is mediocre at best!

It is hard to get ahold of anyone, when you do good luck getting a timely response or any action on managements part. Move in kept getting pushed back due to fixing an appliance and a window, once I finally got in the window was not fixed and the dishwasher leaked after first use. Been here over a week and still haven’t received a move in packet or initial move in check list to fill out as well as no mailbox key. Over all my experience has determined the communication and action on management is… far from a great experience.
