Bellevue Gardens Apartments

If you're looking for a crappy, overpriced apartment with no amenities, then you've found it. Thin walls, leaky windows, bad parking lot, loud neighbors are all things you'll find here. There is no playground/courtyard. As of right now, no on site manager and when there is one, they're around on certain days/times. You pay all utilities, including shared utilities for the laundry room you also have to pay to use. No updates to the apartments themselves in decades

I have lived at this apartment complex for almost a year now. Since the day I moved in (January 21st 2022), my toilet had a pretty nasty leak that stained the tile in my bathroom, and caused a massive wet spot outside of the bathroom (at one point even leaking into my neighbors unit). It is now November 29th 2022, and they have finally repaired the toilet leak. However, they has now broken my shower faucet. it sucks that it took so long to get one thing fixed just to have another get broken.

I lived here for a year. Management was rude, especially when moving out. It’s cheap, and if your looking to live at a place that looks like a motel you’ve found it. Wouldn’t recommend.

the manager lady was completely unprofessional and extremely rude. when we got denied and went to pick up our fee for the application we completely understood and she screamed at my husband like heavily and slammed her hand on the table in anger for something we didn’t know about and was just all around rude. would not recommend at all.
