Nottingham Court Apartments

The pool has never worked the 3 years me and my family has lived here.
They won't fix the washer and dryer.
management is hard to get ahold of and if you do they are even harder to get to fix anything. the apartments leak and flood. no one cares about them. they aren't taken care of in the winter the side walks become slates of ice. unless this is your absolute last resort there's better places.

Washers and dryers don't work. Pool hasn't been accessible for 2 years. The walls sweat nicotine. Might as well not have windows in the apartments. And, window insulation kits won't stick either because of the nicotine or oil based paint. It's kinda like camping. The hallway lights have been out for months. Get your car stuck in a parking spot and enjoy a good slip and fall on the sidewalks after a good winter storm because maintenance doesn't remove snow accordingly. We love it here. Management is aggressive, angry, rude, disrespectful, difficult, and degrading. The absolute worst. Rent changes every month. Nothing works and there is not a on site manager, picnic area, assigned parking, and there is a pool that is not open. And probably will not be. Just fyi.v

Not smoke free. People smoke in their apartments and stairwells which makes your apartment smell like smoke. Laundry facility on site. Under new management and it isnt the greatest. Office is only open 2 days a week, if that. Unable to get issues fixed in a timely manner. I had to ring out my laundry cause the washer stopped working mid cycle and bring it to another building to wash. It's hard when you are a single mother having to do this. Called the landlord today (friday sept 4th) and she... said that she will have maintenance look at it next Thursday. Been a resident here for almost 5 years now and never experienced that. The last time this happened, maintenance was out immediately and they even refunded my money. Let's just say I am not pleased. I mean what if I only had enough quarters to do a wash and dry. I wouldn't be able to get my laundry done. Just thankful I have backup quarters. Should really consider changing it to a pre loaded card machine. Or a coin machine in the laundry room. Besides this issue sherri the new manager is a no nonsense manager. She has really turned the place around, trees trimmed to where they are suppose to be (it's still a shock to look out my window and actually see the other building), premises is cleaner both outside and in the stairwells, freshly painted walls.
