kitchen bulb replacement Maintenance replaced the burned out light bulb above the kitchen sink. I can see again. Thanks maintenance!

Recently, we submitted three maintenance requests within just a few days of each other. We greatly appreciate the prompt and efficient service received for repair of the garbage disposal; repair of the electrical problem that caused ceiling light outages in entryway, hallway, kitchen, and dining are; and replacement of the patio doir blinds. Troy and Zach are always friendly and professional, and they always have the knowledge to fix the problems presented for repair. Thanks very much.

Maintenance request I had called Saturday AM to ask for help with my shower curtain rod. Haley was so helpful and understanding and Zach was here to put a new rod in. Both were very understanding of my situation. I could not of gotten better help when I needed it. Especially on a Saturday. As always I am very pleased with all the staff that is here. The team always goes above and beyond!
