I've reported to management mutliple times already that neighbors are smoking weed all day inside the building. They have done nothing to enforce the no smoking policy. DO NOT LEASE HERE IF YOUR KIDS HAVE ASTHMA OR ALLERGIES

I've been living here for 2 years now and fell in love with the property manager and her team. I've rented for 10 years now, and this is the first property manager that genuinely cared about her tenants. Whenever there is an issue, she is always easy to get ahold of as well as professional and kind. The maintance team is courteous as well as quick when they arrive to handle routine maintenance.

I haven't noticed any weird foot traffic in the area and feel extremely safe here! It is very quiet,... except for the occasional train that comes through the area. But it's not a big bother.

I’ve been living in these apartments for at least two years now and although we have had a few changes in the property management, Sydni has so far been a great asset to the property and her maintenance man seems to actually know what he’s doing. If you’re looking for a decent place to live that’s fairly quiet (aside from the train, I sleep with a fan so it doesn’t bother me). South Hills is definitely a decent place to live.

Train past by at the midnight, wakes me up everyday.
Another story, I parked my car in the parking space and my car have been registered. I been out of town for 4 days and when I came back I was told my car been towed by a horrible towing company named heartland towing(everyone can check the review on yelp or google it.) I had not get anything noticed before I was leave. (They sticked a note on my door the day before my car was towed said they need to repaint the parking spot.) they don't even... care about I got the noticed or not, they have my phone number, and I have not received any call or text.
