I completed an application. I was told the Security Deposit "started at $250" depending on your evaluation (credit) I have exceptional credit and they told me my (821) score did not qualify for the $250 and now it was $500. I would like to know if anyone else had this experience? I was also told I would have 2 wks from the date the unit was available and later told I had to claim it on the availability date. Apartments are nice but beware. I walked away from this.

the office staff is horrible, very unorganized and could care less about the people that actually live here. they have no garages, there gates never work, constant construction for how new the property is. they charge you $30 a month for a mandatory trash service that will either not show up or complain if you have more than one bag. i have lived in multiple apartments in the area and this is by far the worst. Trash everywhere on the property and trash bags all over the hallways. the walls are... thin and everytime someone walks in the shared hallway door it will slam shut and move your own front door. absolutely horrible apartments.
