By far the worst managed apartment complex I’ve ever lived in.

They don’t do anything to address reoccurring issues and noise disturbances.

They rarely have someone working in the office with the ability/knowledge to assist you.

The manager yelled at me for laying out in the pool area (in June) when the gates were open and there weren’t any “closed” signs. I was just minding my business and she informed me the pool area is closed by threatening to call the cops.

I give the complex a 4+ stars. I've lived in this complex for over 3 years and have been really happy with them. Maintenance comes quickly if you have any problems (which I've only had to do 2 times since I moved in), the property is well maintained, and the landscaping is done promptly. The valet trash option is a great one and our trash is picked up Sun-Thurs right at your front door. No more dragging your trash down to the dumpsters (although there is a compactor on property that is open to... the residents if you have boxes or lots of trash). For those with pets, there is a pet park and ample areas for the dogs to be walked. The only issue I've had was with the pool as the pump was bad, but I hear has been fixed. I completed an application. I was told the Security Deposit "started at $250" depending on your evaluation (credit) I have exceptional credit and they told me my (821) score did not qualify for the $250 and now it was $500. I would like to know if anyone else had this experience? I was also told I would have 2 wks from the date the unit was available and later told I had to claim it on the availability date. Apartments are nice but beware. I walked away from this.

the office staff is horrible, very unorganized and could care less about the people that actually live here. they have no garages, there gates never work, constant construction for how new the property is. they charge you $30 a month for a mandatory trash service that will either not show up or complain if you have more than one bag. i have lived in multiple apartments in the area and this is by far the worst. Trash everywhere on the property and trash bags all over the hallways. the walls are... thin and everytime someone walks in the shared hallway door it will slam shut and move your own front door. absolutely horrible apartments. Fantastic appliances, large pool, friendly neighbors, and amazing, friendly leasing agents. Rent here if you want to live in a friendly atmosphere!
