This place is a joke. It took over a year to get our faulty A/C fixed. They knew it was leaking and refused to fix the leak. The ceiling and wall is rotten from a leak in the roof. What did they do? Patched the roof (after multiple complaints!!) and slapped some putty over the rotten drywall. That’s it. The parking lot is poorly lit, so don’t be surprised if your car gets broken into. They’re aware of the problem but refuse to address it. When it snows, don’t expect them to clean the steps or… sidewalk. This place will nickel and dime you to the end. Want to park in front of your buillding? Forget it! The only solution is to create "VIP" spots for an extra hundred bucks a month on an already overcharged apartment which effectively makes it so you CAN'T park unless you pay. Forget the elderly woman using a cane having to walk, or the parent trying to carry groceries and a baby up the stairs. We'll cater to the able bodied individuals that can swing that money. They're also working on taking away… you ameneties. Live on a golf course, but now you need to pay extra! If you want any sort of maintenance, be prepared for some attitude. My most recent maintenance request took over TWO MONTHS to complete. You'll have mold on your window and don't expect them to do any more work than throwing a couple of piles of salt down in the winter. This place is horrible. The managers are rude and they do not listen to any complaints. They lost our rent check and tried to kick us out even though they had to change they're policy on taking rent checks because they lost rent checks. You will have a high electricity bill due to poor insulation. We paid $200 every month. In the winter we had ice on the inside of our windows. When asked about this they told us to put something on window seal. When moving out they charged for all kinds of… ridiculous things such as fixing outside gutters. When I lived here before the maintenance didn't take good care of the place. Water comes in your apartment when it rains.
